Primary Responsibility / Summary Is primarily responsible for working with the Human Resources support staff to ensure efficient operation of the Human Resources Department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Oversees new hire process and ensures all necessary documents are produced, received, signed and filed. 2. Produces and distributes reports as requested. 3. Audits database integrity daily by utliziing available tools or reports through the HR information system. 4. Assists managers, employees and applicants by providing information regarding job opportunities and other general HR information. 5. Ensures and assists termination process in a timely manner. 6. Assists employees in New Employee Orientation. 7. In the absence of the Human Resources Operations Manager, acts as her back-up. 8. Attends meetings as requested. 9. Provides assistance to trouble-shoot problems and concerns from other departments. Education & Experience • Must have at least 5 years of Human Resources experience. • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College required. • Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent preferred. Computer literate with excellent people and commmunication skills.  
Contract/Payment Details: $ 38,000 to $ 40,000 annual
