Administrative/Personal Assistant Quantum Clinic LA -- West Los Angeles, CA Center for Disease Management and Prevention Quantum Clinic LA is a family integrative medicine practice specializing in personalized holistic care with regard to stress, pain and disease prevention and management. We run a full-scan analysis of the body using ground breaking medical technology and create protocols for patients to achieve optimum energy and health using natural remedies and holistic solutions. Role and Responsibilities To assist in the day to day operations alongside CEO/Managing Staff Answer phones and take messages accordingly Coordinating and creating itineraries for travel/events Scheduling meetings, appointments and reservations; maintaining an ever-changing organized and up-to-date calendar Maintaining and updating databases Professionally create, and maintain documents Preparing invoices and time sheets Coordinate and assist in marketing efforts and materials Routinely manage the workflow between remote office and daily location Assist CEO in personal assignments Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor s Degree is strongly preferred If no degree- candidate must possess 3-5 years supporting high level executives Meticulous and detail oriented with strong multi-tasking skills Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills Strong work ethic and sense of professionalism Creative proactive approach to problem solving Must be comfortable working in a fast paced working environment Must live within 20 miles of the West Hollywood area Additional Preferences The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and flexible, with little need for formal supervision; have the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines; efficiently coordinate multiple projects; maintain confidentiality; exhibit creativity and attention to detail; demonstrate exceptional communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills; work well with all levels of management both internally and externally and be eager to learn. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Proficient in Google-Gmail and Calendars Ideally hold a Background in Holistic Medicine, Ayurveda, or Stress Management Be able to work with patients and adhere to HIPAA laws strictly Application Requirements All documents are required for consideration.
