Overview: CMS Hospitality will begin hiring this month October 2015, for 4 new restaurant openings in Terminal 6 Ideal applicants will have flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. We are looking for employees who are excited to work in a challenging, Customer Service focused environment. Applicants who qualify will have to attend 2-4 weeks of intense brand training and must pass an Oral or Written exam to advance. Training will be paid and can take place during morning or night based on a schedule to be announced in the next few weeks. Training can take place outside of LAX at a Brand location if necessary. All applicants must be ServSafe Certified and be able to pass background screening and drug test. Your administrative duties include the areas of cost control, food products, labor, supplies and the completion of required reports for your shift. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Back Kitchen Staff, Prepares all salad case and grab and go food items to recipe spec as required, prepares all base ingredients and recipes in support of all menu items, communicates with the manager regarding stock needs, supply needs, receives and stocks all deliveries. Rotates stock as required, maintains the entire back kitchen area neat and sanitary to Department of Health specification, maintains all kitchen equipment and fixtures perfectly clean at all times.
