Located in Canoga Park, California. YAFA is a prominent manufacturer and global distributor of luxury goods, five writing instrument, promotional products and accessories .This position offers a great opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include: Field incoming calls and communicate effectively with customers. Provide customers with product information and after-care service. Prepare documents such as sales orders, invoices, shipping documents etc. Assist in the preparation of product presentations and trade show set up and planning. Qualifications include: Experience and capability in QuickBooks preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Must be well-organized, responsive and have great follow-through on assignments. Professional appearance. Ability to be equally comfortable in both front office and warehouse tasks as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Positive, can-do attitude. hr_office@yafa.com
