With continued expansion on the horizon, we are pleased to offer exciting growth opportunities for the right candidate Were ready for the right candidate to join our Cosmetic Brush Sales department as an entry level Project Coordinator. Youll have the chance to work directly with each department in the company to manage customers and projects at various stages of production. Your mission will be to work with the packaging innovation and brush teams to manage customers and projects by responding to customer inquiries and communicating with factory personnel on product specifications. Using your ability to communicate effectively, you will correspond with factories, primarily located in Asia, mainly via telephone and email. Your time management and organizational skills will be essential as you will need to constantly change direction to keep up with the fast paced environment. Your capacity to thrive in a team environment, as well as independently, will drive your success at solving problems regardless of the situation. Qualifications: Were in the market for a candidate with a combination of the following skills, experience and background: - Bachelors degree is required - Previous experience managing multiple projects or account management in a Sales environment - Basic understanding of the manufacturing process - Strong Presentation, Communication, Organizational & Time Management Skills are required - The ability to work independently using strong critical thinking skills is a must - Ability to travel internationally/domestically if required - Knowledge of cosmetics (particularly cosmetic brushes) is helpful - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required - Responsible and reliable with an eager can-do attitude is essential - Fluency in Korean or Chinese is preferred but not required Competencies: - Action Oriented: Takes on tasks and assignments with energy, visibly works hard to meet deadlines; not fearful of acting with minimum planning; seldom gives up especially when faced with resistance or challenges. - Approachable: Is easy to approach and talk to, viewed as warm, pleasant, and gracious; builds rapport well; is a good listener. - Interpersonal Skills & Customer Orientation: Relates well to others both internally and externally; establishes and maintains effective relationships with external parties and gains trust and respect. - Follow Through & Multi Tasking: Uses time effectively and efficiently, concentrates efforts on high priorities; able to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner with good communication to task owners; strong follow through on getting others to complete tasks in a team oriented manner. - Planning: Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; breaks down work into the process steps; anticipates and adjusts for problems. - Professional: Is viewed as professionally mature and can handle stress, is cool under pressure; avoids becoming defensive or annoyed when times are challenging.
