A healthcare facility looking for a experienced bookkeeper or an accounting clerk to join our team! ** The successful candidate will be a hands-on manager and will lead day-to-day finance, budgeting, human resources, and administration. You will work closely with our Administrator to complete all daily tasks. ** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing AP/AR, Bank reconciliation, Payroll, Maintaining chart of accounts, Cost report, Credit cards breakdown, Inter-company transactions, Assisting with some tax support (Annual property tax, City of LA business tax & license and assisting CPA with documentation & information for Federal & State Returns) ** Managing human resources including assistance in Hiring, Tracking PTO/HTO, Collect employee information and generate all 1099s ** Required Skills and Experience: At least 3-4 years Experience as a bookkeeper, Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Computer savvy, Works well independently ** English/Korean Bilingual Preferred This is a full time position: 40 hours a week with possible overtime.
